#pTyr_SNVs are germline SNVs that impact the proximal signaling events in metastatic melanoma and immune cells. Afterr describing a methodology for characterization of human pTyr-SNVs that alter the proximal signaling in tumor-specific CD8 T cells, we are excited to launch a series of new projects that aim to discover novel pTyr-SNVs associated with metastatic melanoma and therapy outcomes.
